The Caddo Middle Magnet PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) is a non-profit organization open to anyone interested in supporting CMM students’ academic success and well-being. We are holding a “Make a Donation” fundraiser in conjunction with our annual membership campaign this year. As we strive for 100% PTSA membership, we are offering this easy, tax-deductible donation option as we know your time is valuable and that donations which benefit the PTSA in their entirety make the best use of your generosity. In accordance with CMM’s new payment policy, no cash or checks can be accepted this year.
The PTSA relies on your donations to support our school community. Donations will first satisfy our operational budget, which helps fund educational materials, student events, teacher and staff treats and lunches, recognition ceremonies, communication software, and landscape maintenance. A surplus budget is needed to fund additional student enrichments and for further grounds beautification and improvements, such as a potential interior courtyard project. Thanks for carefully considering the following giving categories:
DONATION LEVELS INCLUDE ONE PTSA MEMBERSHIP:
- $50 I am thankful my child is able to attend CMM and am happy to participate in this giving opportunity.
- $100 I am able to give more this year and am thankful my child will receive an excellent education from the #1 ranked middle school in Louisiana.
- $200 Star Stallion I am able to make a substantial donation this year. Star Stallion donors will be invited to attend a spring donor appreciation lunch.
- $____ I am able to make an even larger donation to the PTSA this year. (Please contact Elba Hamilton at elbahamilton@gmail.com if you are interested in funding a specific project or underwriting an event such as the donor appreciation lunch).
PTSA MEMBERSHIPS ONLY:
- $10 (PTSA annual membership) I am happy to join the PTSA to help achieve 100% participation. Students, parents, grandparents and supporters are encouraged to join. Every membership helps pay National PTSA dues and directly benefits CMM students. Your membership allows you to vote at monthly meetings on issues that directly affect each of our children. Every membership is appreciated!
